Intro
What’s this? A Bible study? On a Matrix website?
As we stated in our first lesson, Matrix4Humans is a “kabbalah crash course,” and, “Kabbalistic concepts are found through every religion, philosophy, science, the arts, etc. The Bible is a primary text of their expression.”
Here we present a study on what is considered by some to be the most kabbalistic text in the Bible, Song of Songs, (“Shir Hashirim” in Hebrew) found in the Old Testament (Tanakh).
This may come as a surprise to some who have read that book, but like The Matrix, once you “crack the code,” a whole new world of understanding opens up. As you will see, there are numerous shared themes between Song of Songs and our favorite movie series. Each is a love story, with elements of what once was, a present exile, and what is needed to return – to an even better existence.
We are posting the study comments “Matrix free” with connections to our Matrix articles featured via “pop-up” boxes. This way, people can print and share the study independently. Those familiar with the content of this website will be even more amazed to see where that story line emanated from!
A Different Type of Study
This is not a stagnant, ‘read it and be done,’ study. It is a collective, interactive effort and will be updated regularly. Anyone wanting to contribute ideas or citations from proper sources (traditonal kabbalah, midrash, etc.) is welcome to.
